Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
Risk passes to you once the item has been delivered.

You may return unused items within 28 days of receipt of the item.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after approval.
Certain items (e.g., perishable pet food, custom made ID Tags) may not be eligible for return.
