1. Overview
At Linton Pet Shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns and refunds in line with UK consumer law.

2. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item
Items must be unused and in original packaging
You are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty)

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are:
Faulty
Not as described
Not fit for purpose
If this applies:
Contact us within 28 days for a full refund
After 30 days, we may offer repair or replacement
We will cover return postage for faulty items.

4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Perishable goods (Opened pet food or treats)
Used pet products (e.g. chewed toys, worn collars), unless they are faulty.
Custom made products (ID tags)

5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within14 working days after we receive and inspect the item
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original delivery charges are refundable only if the entire order is returned

6. Exchanges
We can offer exchanges where stock is available.
If you need a different size or product, contact us and we’ll help arrange this.
